There is more to serving a drink than taking the order. Does your staff shy away from offering wines, cordials and cocktails? It could be due to a lack of confidence with opening wine, or are they could be unsure of what to offer your guests.

This course provides employees with the basic and yet varied knowledge of beer, wine, champagne and liquor, while giving them the keys to successful up-selling and product recommendations. They will also learn how to open bottles professionally for the guest, presentation and garnishing of drinks, glass types and styles and the fundamentals of drink recipes.
