BOH- Food Safety Audit: Much as your current health inspector does, FMT will perform a risk based inspection of your facility. This inspection should be unannounced, follow FDA Food Code guidelines, and focus on your areas of concern. A full report of “violations” or out of compliance findings is prepared for you, so that you can follow up, correct, and improve BOH performance.
