Class 2: YOUR WINE LIST
45 minutes dry / 1 hour with tasting (client supplies wine)
This class will provide a review of the account’s wine list. Different production regions are discussed, pronunciation is reviewed. Proper wine service will be explained and selling techniques will be suggested.
* Set up time for each class will be 1 hour and break down approximately 15 minutes. All participants will have take away material they can review after the class.
Our experience has been that the class works best when the staff is engaged beforehand. Each attendee should provide a question for the expert at least two days prior to the class. The question should address “ONE THING I ALWAYS WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT:
