ON-SITE TRAINING FAQ’s
We will customize your on-site training sessions to your unique needs, focusing on finding results for your most pressing goals. With on-site training, everyone in your organization receives the same high quality training even if they are not on the schedule.
On-site training is very affordable, but a better way of looking at this is what the cost effectiveness of on-site training is. Ask any of our past clients and they can tell you that every training dollar spent brought in many more dollars via productivity, outstanding job performance, and higher employee morale.
The smallest group we recommend for on-site training is five people but that is related to cost efficiency. If you have fewer employees you wish to train, but still would like information on pricing, please contact us. There is no limit to how many employees you can schedule for on-site training.
It normally takes a few days to set up a training session, but we can work with you to meet any special needs you may have.
We will work with you to determine the right topic or topics for your training and then customize it to meet your specific needs. We can also develop new topics. Either way you can be assured that your targeted training will focus on your goals.
Yes. It does not matter if you choose from our core curriculum or your content is developed as new material, your training will focus on your business needs and goals.
That depends solely on your business needs. We can train in half-day sessions, full day, two day, multi-day, nights weekends or holidays. We can develop ongoing training schedules to meet your regular needs – monthly, quarterly or annually.

As a regulatory supervisor, Mike Campbell has worked with all the agencies you will deal with as you work toward getting your license. His familiarity with the forms and applications, other regulatory “hoops” and requirements, and just knowing where to go and who to see, allows FMT to help you to cut through the red tape and speed up the licensing process.
Plan Review and Licensing is the “two headed snake”, facing all new food service operators. Failure to do one right affects the success of the other. FMT has worked with other companies to insure that Plan Review drawings and applications are correctly filed. FMT stays in touch with DBPR Plan Review to make sure questions are answered quickly and in a satisfactory manner. Further, FMT can work with your contractor, or suggest others in the industry, to help keep your project on time and in compliance.
As you can see from the statements above, our biggest advantage and benefit to you is our familiarity with the departments, and the people in those departments who directly affect your plan review and licensing status. While we promise no “insider” benefits, they are comfortable in the knowledge that FMT knows what to do and does it correctly – the first time. Bottom line – We know what to do!!
