Some of the services provided by FMT include: Food Manager Certification training and testing, using National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or ServeSafe training and testing materials, (These courses can be presented in English, Spanish, or Modern Chinese); Safe Food Handler employee training and certification; Florida Responsible Vendor Alcohol Service training; Allergen Awareness training; Wine pairing, service, and selling techniques, and other courses. Several of our courses are available online as well as on site. Additionally, FMT assists with plan review and licensing, liquor license applications and filing, inspection audits, mystery shopping, customer service, and more.
